The "Certificate of Medical Necessity" section provides a helpful form for your physician's use to verify medical necessity of the Medi-Jector VISION® to your insurance company. As with other supplies related to diabetes treatment, reimbursement for the Medi-Jector VISION® may differ by state and insurance plan.
Many employers also provide access to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for their employees. FSAs allow you to use pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to cover some health care-related expenses, which may include the Medi-Jector VISION®. Your FSA administrator and IRS regulations determine the guidelines, including reimbursement limits.
